We enjoyed our stay at Snow valley resort. Feeling blessed. We visited North India travels office in Sanjauil, Shimla and greeted by Ms Sarita. Thanks to North India travels.
It was a memorable tour arranged by North India Tours and travels.

..only problem with cab..driver....atleast you should provide a cab for 7-8 hours so that people can enjoy..their time...within 2 hours driver makes us hurry to go..

Stay and sightseeing good.
but the travel agent done totally unfair.
*While schedule the trip they said bus pickup time will be 8pm.
*but they sent voucher for 6.30pm which is not informed to me...
and I did not accepted in the travel traiangle portal.
*I have paid 1800/- seperately again for one more bus which they suggested. where I got seat on bus engine. and my wife got seat at the last.
*While sending quote they sent 15250/- for two person. they said only 15k you need to pay
when I am making last payment it doesn't allowed to modify the payment and it took 15250/-
*I am keep on sending WhatsApp msg I didn't get any response as before book they texted like friendly.
I was waiting to review after their reply about the 250/-. but I didn't get any reply.
Beware...!!! if u have smart mobile u can go without any travel agent.

lly we wanted. Food provided was good. Rooms provided where decent but missing some basic requirements. While returning they provided a Volvo bus and bus dint didn't stop at the place which they mentioned in the itenery, it halted 8 KM's before than the drop point.
Overall I rate the tour 2.5 / 5 . And need some improvement.

Hotels are very good but i gave 3 star bcoz we didn't liked shimla greens hotel - food is not good in that hotel even service is not up to the level. And due to weather conditions we missed rohta...
ng pass and due to driver negligence we have missed few other places too, no proper communication from the driver. Rohtang pass we paid 1100 for couple but we got only 550 refunded amount.
Solang valley and ridge in shimla are nice place to visit.
